I have been calling and calling but they speak to me like i'm crazy or something. They seem to film everybody else's rubbish but not mine? It's not fair i have some great things to share with the world. So how do you get them to come film you?How do i get youtube to film me?

They are not supposed to film you idiot. You make a video of yourself and you upload it into their site! If you want to be in the front page, either make a very popular film or pay money for them to look at your film!
Youtube doesn't film people... its called YOU- tube. And tubing is related to showing or broadcasting so to speak. You need to broadcast YOUrself.
You can create an account and post your own videos.
