How do I reinstall Nero to work again?

I am using Nero 6, and recently had a worm which forced me to reinstall windows. after that, when using Nero, I try and initialize / erase a DVD and it gives me the error ';NeroCBUI'; ';Error erasing the disk';. How do I get it back to working again?How do I reinstall Nero to work again?
