How to Get Your Concealed Handgun License in Texas?

Im an 18 year old female and I have a sex offender living on my street and his risk level is high. I always see him driving around and always outside, i just have a bad feeling about him. Also if i move into an apartment alone i just feel safer with a gun.


my father has guns (shotgun,9mm)





I was just wonder how old to you have to be to get the license and if Im to young what rights to i have just in case (i know this is rare)but i have to use it.

Any handgun store that sells guns will have all the information. When I was interested in doing this in FL, people were telling me to go to this big gun store because they had all the details on this kind of stuff. Why don't you just ask your dad? It sounds like you live with him.... Not to mention you live in Texas. You can pretty much ride down the street on a bull carrying a shotgun if you wanted to.





By the way, you have to be 21 to have a concealed handgun license, even in Texas.
