There is 2 more hours until my big soccer game. What should I do to prepare for the game?
What else could make me feel relax and not nervous about the game.How to prepare for soccer game?
I like to play some nice pump-up music or something along those lines, and just sit back and chill.
If I were you I'd make you have had some good, healthy nourishment, and are prepared to play.
One coach I had used to tell us that if we had to go to the washroom to hold it in until after the game, as the feeling could keep you on your toes (although if it is an emergency I'm pretty sure it could harm your health)
If you want to get it off your mind, you could go talk with some family members/friends or play a video game.

I like to listen to music just to jame out and stay loose
Singing to it helps me just forget about the game and just stay relax
sometimes you will get that good song in your head on the field and you just feel great
a red bull go on the field b4 the game to kick and get lose listen to music and take it easy... always helped me also maybe just pass with a friend
pump up music. think positive. and shy away from negativity!
