You can get a permit to transport them from the police. If they are for decorations there may be a claus that allows you to transport them as a military decorated item. Check with your law enforcement people. They will know exactly what steps you need to take for them to go from state to state. I believe for sword collecting you need a specific permit that isn't too hard to get, but I am not sure. I suppose just search the internet for the laws of that state, or have them locked up deep in a trunk and try not to get pulled over.
