I would like to start a business with vegetables, I would like to import from India, and sell in UAE and other gulf countries.

if you are a indian citizen,you need to get ie code [import export code ] for this a valid pan card and current account in the name of your firm.this is basic need .current account varies from rs 5000-10000.to get ie code one has to spend 1000 rs.after that you need to join one export council as your products related to agri you may join as a member in apeda located in bangalore.if you need basics about exports and imports. please buy books from anupaam publishers delhi.they have books related to export import business .any doubt contact my mail-sankarconsultant@yahoo.com
