im in 8th grade, and 70 lbs. and i DO eat. i eat like a horse. i just work out a lot, and gotta very high metabilism. so any tips on how i can gain weight by the summer? cuz thats when i start drill team practice. also, i need to know how to do the splits for drill team? any tips that will help?Anybody got any tips for gaining weight and how to do the splits?
eat loads of carbs and protein
u can still workout with this diet, but any unburned carbs will be turned into fat, so adjust according to your goals
