The same way you calculate the rest of your GPA - convert your grade to a letter grade on your school's scale, then the 4.0 scale. Multiply that by the number of credits the class was worth, add them all up, and divide by the total number of credits. How to calculate high school classes taken in middle school into your GPA?
it doesn't matter unless your school considers those classes honors or AP classes. if it is either AP or honors it is weighed, but it all depends on your school/district. for example if you take AP/Honors and you earn a B, on your report card you will earn 4 points instead of 3 because its weighed but that's how my district does it.
