How to forward email sent to me and and insert the email addresses to ';to'; field?

i dont memorized my friends email address, before, if I wanted to forward my emails to them, i just clikck the ';to'; field and my address book will be opened and i just check all the email address i wanted my email to be forwarded to. how i can do it in the new mail beta?How to forward email sent to me and and insert the email addresses to ';to'; field?
